  • Free trial periods are non-refundable. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription period and are responsible for the full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rest is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Errors, interruptions, or delays in the App's functionality.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.
