User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

Rest allows users to generate and, optionally, share AI-generated meditation tracks with the community.

All prompts submitted by users are automatically screened to block any inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe material before generation.

All generated meditations are created by Rest’s AI system using pre-filtered and safe templates.

When a user chooses to share a track publicly, the audio and associated metadata (such as the display name and creation time) may appear in the community feed visible to other users.

Private tracks remain visible only to the user who created them.

Users can report any shared track that they believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

We may remove shared content at our discretion if it is found to be inconsistent with our standards.
