Welcome to Rest AI (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

By submitting any content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content for the operation and improvement of the App.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Fees

Some features of the App may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing, you agree to:

Pay all fees and applicable taxes.
Authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

– All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for unused time or failure to cancel before renewal.
– Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but they will retain access to their paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
– If you experience technical issues that prevent the use of Rest AI, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at Contact Us Page.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
– Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, please refer to Apple or Google’s official refund procedures.
– Free trial periods are non-refundable. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription period and are responsible for the full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rest AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Errors, interruptions, or delays in the App’s functionality.
Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
